Complete Rehab Care (CRC) is the combination of two trusted, respected and successful allied health businesses: OTcare and Geelong Home Physiotherapy. Under Tina’s leadership, OTcare earned a reputation over the past 12 years of being able to deliver excellence and consistency in Occupational Therapy services. After fortifying strong relationships in the Geelong region, the business expanded but the realisation of introducing other services to fill a service gap became evident. A new relationship with Todd Purser, director of Geelong Home Physiotherapy, was then formed. Geelong Home Physiotherapy has been providing a niche ‘home-based’ physiotherapy service to the Geelong and surrounding regions. For people in the community that find it more suitable to receive their therapy within their home setting, Geelong Home Physiotherapy has proudly assisted many local residents achieve their therapy goals.
We are pleased to announce the addition of an Exercise Physiology service at Complete Rehab Care. Mr. Hugh Degaris, an accredited Exercise Physiologist has joined our team. Hugh brings a diverse range of experience and will provide personalized exercise programs to support our clients’ rehabilitation and fitness goals. We welcome him to the team and look forward to the contributions he will make.

Tina Stenos
Occupational Therapist
Tina received her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree in 1997 from the University of Texas Medical Branch and immigrated soon after to Geelong, Australia. Following some exposure to the public healthcare system, she decided to dedicate her skills and abilities to the private sector. Tina has a sound understanding of all facets of wheelchair/scooter prescription, adaptive equipment, and home modifications. With this in mind, she founded OTcare. She has been involved in various committees and meets regularly with local stakeholders in order to raise the profile of Occupational Therapy in the Barwon region. She loves spending time with her husband John and their 3 children. She has a keen interest in cycling and Kieser. She the president of the Geelong & Surfcoast Cycling Club. She is an advocate for women’s cycling, founding More Females on Bikes.
Todd Purser
Physiotherapist
Born and bred in Geelong, Todd is a qualified physiotherapist who graduated from LaTrobe University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. After 10 years of study and practice in the field, Todd has worked in a variety of physiotherapy roles on the Gold Coast and in Geelong. For the past five years, he has worked as a sports and spinal physio where he treated elite sports people and not to mention every day back and neck problems on a regular basis. He has also worked as a geriatric physio where he helps people in their own homes for the prevention of falls and to improve their mobility, balance, strength, and endurance. When not working, Todd is a keen fisherman however not catching much fish he also enjoys keeping active by running and walking his dog.
Kane Felthouse
Occupational Therapist
Kane received his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree at Deakin University in 2009 and has worked for OTcare since 2006, both as an Occupational Therapist and administrative assistant. Kane has lived in Geelong all his life and is now very excited to be working with the thriving Barwon community. With his role as an Occupational Therapist, Kane has a wealth of knowledge and experience in home and community assessment, equipment provision, wheelchair assessment and complex home modifications. Kane is passionate about the client and family-centered care and aims to support each individual to achieve their desired goals. Outside of work, Kane is also passionate about exercise and sports participation and can often be seen playing basketball or participating in local fun runs and community sporting events. Kane and his wife also have a young family, so when not working, Kane is kept very busy at home with his two little girls.
Joel Nalder
Physiotherapist
Originally from Shepparton, Joel graduated from LaTrobe University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011 and now lives in Geelong. Since then he has worked in public health both in Melbourne and in London where he worked across a large variety of clinical areas. He has chosen to focus on rehabilitation, particularly in orthopedics/trauma and of the elderly. This has given him experience in dealing with conditions more common in the elderly population such as Parkinsons, dementia, joint replacements and people who have frequent falls. Joel uses these skills to treat people in their home, with a strong focus on specific strengthening programs and falls prevention. When not at work Joel enjoys traveling and getting in for a paddle whenever he can.
Jolyne Fisher
Occupational Therapist
Jolyne graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Mater of Occupational Therapy in 2007. She moved from Texas to Geelong in 2008, the same year she began working with OTcare. Jolyne has extensive knowledge in wheelchair prescription, adaptive equipment, and home modifications. She has special interests in dementia, Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis. Jolyne enjoys new challenges and furthering her education. When not at work Jolyne enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Nicole Hall
Physiotherapist - Ballarat Based
Nicole originally completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Deakin University Waurn Ponds in 2015 before going on to study a Doctor of Physiotherapy at The University of Melbourne. In 2018, Nicole graduated as a qualified physiotherapist. She has a very keen interest and extensive knowledge in working with the elderly population. Nicole has been working as an aged care physiotherapist in her home town of Ballarat for the past 4 years.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her partner and 2 step children and loves all things sport! She is a passionate St.Kilda supporter and is hoping to see them win a premiership sometime this century!
Lewis Stolz
Physiotherapist
Lewis completed his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Ballarat before heading to Adelaide to complete a Masters degree in Physiotherapy at Flinders University. After 7 years in a private practice setting in South Gippsland and Melbourne, he has now returned home to Geelong with his partner. He has experience in exercise prescription and Clinical Pilates and often uses those skills to individualise home exercise programs and promote safety. His focus and passion has always
been in rehabilitation, health promotion and exercise prescription, and will always look to promote independence and good quality of life. Outside of work he enjoys being active whether it’s hiking or
going to the gym. He's also a keen runner and enjoy long distance trail running events!
Erin Mercer
Occupational Therapist
Erin graduated from Deakin University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Erin has experience working with the elderly population from diverse cultural backgrounds. Previously working in residential aged care facilities and now within the community. Erin is passionate about supporting her clients to remain at home as safely and independently as possible. Erin regularly visits her hometown of Ocean Grove to enjoy the beach and lives an active lifestyle. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs.
Hugh Degaris
Exercise Physiologist
Graduating from Deakin University in 2015 with a Masters of Exercise Physiology Hugh has a range of experience in private practice & organisational health. With a passion for maintaining physical independence for his clients, Hugh also has a passion for reducing peoples falls risk, optimising people's metabolic health along with improving aerobic function. Hugh enjoys spending time with his family which includes being walked by his dogs. Hugh is also very active and will find him out and about hiking, running & cycling throughout Greater Geelong region.
